As soon as I found out I was pregnant with Lukas, I knew I wanted a homebirth with a birthing pool, and fortunately for me I knew exactly who to turn too! With a range of birth pools available from The Bubba hub, I chose the Birth Pool In a Box mini, and was able to place my order through the website with ease. Available to have from 36weeks (and up to 42 weeks pregnant!), I had complete peace of mind knowing that I needn't worry about when baby would arrive as there was no time pressure to return the pool. All the equipment needed was provided in a handy box, and it fit perfectly into my 'birthy' corner which I had set up all ready! When the time came, I was able to use the pool with ease, and with the thermometer to hand Ian was able to keep an eye on how it was doing! It was SUCH a great help to ease pain, and what a feeling to bring my boy out of the water and onto my chest in my own home! A moment I will never forget! It was super easy to empty too-with a water pump meaning we could just leave it to do its thing & empty itself! Perfect!
Travel Buggy..
I also recently ventured to Dublin on my own with two kiddos, and so wanted an easy to use, travel friendly stroller to take with me and make my life as easy as possible (!). I knew Melissa would be able to offer her expert help, as there were a few options to choose from on her website, so I was able to message her an ask her a few questions about which would best suit my needs. Super easy to use and very lightweight- it also came in SO handy as at one time in the airport Lukas was in the carrier I have and Klara was then able to sit in the stroller for a spin too! It folded super easily and was a great space saver in the hire car also. I arranged to pick up from Melissa, and drop back at a date and time that suited me too, which was great and there is no cost for delivery this way too- perfect!
