After a sell out first time, Laura & I are collaborating once again to deliver a gorgeous soundbath & relaxation evening just for us mums! Gentle breathwork, herbal tea, 90minute soundbath & treats to take away...this is YOUR sign to book in some 'me time'!

Join us for a super chilled out morning where you can enjoy a breakfast bap & hot drink, whilst chatting to other local dads and letting your little one play! Dads are often forgotten about so I'm so excited to bring you together in a relaxed environment to make some connections and enjoy time with your little one-just before Fathers Day too, perfect!

Join a fabulous group of mums & mums to be, every Wednesday morning at 10am! With the choice of two locations, pick which is closest to you and come and connect with your community! A gentle stroll to get our steps in, followed by a coffee, cake and natter! FREE to attend, with the option to join our friendly whatsapp group after if you wish!
