My birth preparation classes enable you to get EXCITED for your labour!
Whether you're after the online group workshop, or a private group or 1:1 in Christchurch, my classes ensure you will be informed and more importantly empowered ahead of your labour-however you decide to birth your baby!
You will learn a mixture of breathing & relaxation techniques, all about birthing hormones, how to be an epic birth partner- which is never spectator sport!-,as well as much much more to ensure you are truly ready to ROCK your birth!
The Brilliant Birth Workshop
Ideal from 24+ weeks of pregnancy, or if you are after a refresher having completed a course previously with myself or elsewhere!
If you're looking to get empowered and confident as your due date approaches, The Brilliant Birth Workshop will leave you feeling clued up without having information overload!
Learn key labour techniques & tools as well as your body’s natural birthing ability. This workshop will leave you feeling empowered, educated and excited ahead of labour. We will discuss everything you need to know when it comes to birth-birth positions, birth physiology, birth planning, breathing techniques & more! Your Birth partner will also leave knowing exactly what they can do to support you throughout, with practical tips and tools for them to be armed with!
You will also get your hands on 3 MP3s to use for the remainder of your pregnancy & birth-helping you to take time out and relax, a PDF copy of the hypnobirthing manual & support and reassurance up until your baby’s birthday!
Split into two 2.5hour sessions, means you will learn in easy to understand, digestible chunks, and not leave feeling overwhelmed.
Private 1:1 sessions are available, meaning we can tailor our sessions to suit your needs, and learn at a comfortable pace for yourself. These are £159 per birth team.
Have friends who are pregnant at the same time as you? How amazing! Bespoke, private mini group sessions can be arranged also, meaning you can share the experience alongside your friends as you continue to journey through your pregnancies together. Price to be determined upon enquiring.

The Brilliant Birth Group Workshop
Want to learn with others and enjoy group conversation with other expectant couples due around the same time?! Look no further!!
The Group Brilliant Birth Workshop is an online, live class where you can interact with other expectant couples, share your thoughts and experiences and join from the comfort of your own home! A great opportunity to start to build your network and village, as you prepare to embark on your journey to meet your little ones as you get yourself birth confident.

The Positive Belly Birth Workshop
Hypnobirthing IS for c-sections too! Get ready to totally transform how you feel about caesarean births, get EMPOWERED & EXCITED!
You will leave your tailored 1:1 session/s feeling excited, informed & believing that a c-section birth can be a magically positive experience!!
You will learn all things belly birth, including what happens before, during & after your birth, how to promote birthing hormones & relaxation techniques too. You still have so many decisions to make, the power IS in your hands mama!! Birth partners have an even more powerful role during a belly birth, so get ready to embrace your birth with open arms!
Enrolling on this course, which is delivered online, you will receive a 3 hour workshop, tailored to your birth and circumstances, 3 MP3s for you to use throughout pregnancy and on the day itself, a birth plan template and support to write it and ongoing support until your babys birthday- your very own personal cheerleader!! Suitable for all belly birthing mamas!
Can be delivered in 1x 3 hour session, or split across 2 evenings. £129 per couple
